How the HR Score works

Every batter-vs-pitcher matchup is scored 0–100 from a transparent weighted blend: batter HR rate (25%), Statcast quality of contact (20%), pitcher HR vulnerability (20%), handedness platoon edge (10%), head-to-head history (10%), park HR factor (10%), and last-15-game form (5%).
